We are a 100% family-owned and operated business based in Auckland, New Zealand.
2. How long does shipping take?
We aim to process all orders within 24–48 hours. Estimated delivery times are:
- North Island: 3–5 business days
- South Island: 5–7 business days
- Rural Delivery: Please allow an extra 2 days. You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order is on its way.
3. Do you ship internationally?

4. What is your return policy?
We want you to love your Kiwi Bubs gear. If an item doesn't fit or isn't quite right, you can return it within 30 days of receipt for an exchange, refund, or store credit. Items must be unwashed, unworn, and in their original packaging.
Note: For hygiene reasons, some accessories (such as teething toys or headbands) cannot be returned unless faulty.
5. How do I know what size to buy?
Kids grow fast! We provide a general size guide on each product page. If you are between sizes, we usually recommend sizing up to get more wear time out of your items.
