Care Instructions
For general care, clean regularly with warm water, a mild detergent and a soft cloth. Rinse away any residue and dry before use. Avoid abrasive cleaners and scouring pads. Check the seat and adjustable pads regularly for damage or looseness. Follow any cleaning and fitting instructions supplied with the seat.

Always supervise your child during use. Before each use, check that the seat is securely positioned and does not slip. Do not allow your child to stand on the seat. Stop using it if damaged or if it cannot be fitted securely.

2. How long does shipping take?
We aim to process all orders within 24–48 hours. Estimated delivery times are:
- North Island: 5 – 8 business days
- South Island: 6 –10 business days
- Rural Delivery: Please allow an extra 2 days. You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order is on its way.
3. Do you ship internationally?

4. What is your return policy?
We want you to love your Kiwi Bubs gear. If an item doesn't fit or isn't quite right, you can return it within 30 days of receipt for an exchange, refund, or store credit. Items must be unwashed, unworn, and in their original packaging.
Note: For hygiene reasons, some accessories (such as teething toys or headbands) cannot be returned unless faulty.
5. How do I know what size to buy?
Kids grow fast! We provide a general size guide on each product page. If you are between sizes, we usually recommend sizing up to get more wear time out of your items.
6. I've made a mistake on my order — can I change it?
If you catch it quickly, please email us at info@kiwibubs.co.nz with your order number. If we haven't dispatched it yet, we'll do our best to fix it for you.
